Summer Thomas Gafford

Summer Thomas Gafford is an experienced compensation and human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Rackspace Technology, Summer previously held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director positions in Global Total Rewards and Executive and Global Compensation.
