Matt Costello

Matt Costello has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Rad AI since October 2022. Before that, they worked as the VP of Finance & Strategy at Disruptive Enterprises, LLC from October 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of FP&A at Q² Solutions from January 2021 to October 2021. Matt also has a strong background in finance at PepsiCo, where they held various senior management roles from 2013 to 2020. Matt started their career as an MBA Finance Intern at PepsiCo in 2012. Before joining PepsiCo, they gained experience in wealth management at Cambridge Investment Research and Centaurus Financial.

Matt Costello earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara in 2004. Matt later pursued an MBA degree in Finance at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
