Celia Bozsum

Celia Bozsum is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Radancy since July 2025. Previously, Celia held various leadership roles at Workhuman, including VP of Growth Marketing and Business Development and VP of Customer Acquisition Marketing, from April 2022 to July 2025. At Pegasystems from November 2015 to April 2022, Celia was Global Director of Integrated Demand Programs, focusing on multi-channel demand generation and customer engagement strategies. Earlier experience includes positions such as Marketing Director at Tallan and Marketing Manager at Prime Technology. Celia holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and an MBA in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University.
