Dorota Rautiainen

Dorota Rautiainen's work experience includes serving as VP of Customer Success at Radancy since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing customer relationships, establishing marketing and communication strategies, providing consulting services, and performing strategic account reviews. Prior to this, they worked as Chief Client Partner at Radancy from March 2020 to April 2023, where they focused on establishing long-term partnerships with international clients and leading cross-functional teams. Before joining Radancy, Dorota was the Head of Client Strategy at Potentialpark from July 2016 to March 2020. Dorota also has experience as a Head of Research & Consulting and an Employer Branding Analyst at Potentialpark, as well as a Research Analyst at Brainpeople and Bain & Company.

Dorota Rautiainen completed their education in a diverse range of fields. In 2009, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University, which they completed in 2011. Prior to that, in 2008 and 2009, they briefly studied Project Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Moving forward to 2015, they obtained another qualification in Leadership from iero. Lastly, in the period from 2006 to 2009, Dorota attended Stockholm University where they studied Political Science.
