Ian Barland

Ian Barland is an experienced academic currently serving as a Professor at Radford University, where tenure includes roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor since August 2006. Prior to this, Ian was a Lecturer at Rice University from 1996 to 2005. Ian Barland holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 1989 and 1997, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Math from the University of Utah, obtained from 1984 to 1989.
