Laura Ritchey

As EVP & Chief Operating Officer, Laura Ritchey leads Radial’s business units: customer care, fulfillment, transportation and omnichannel as well as the operational excellence function. She is responsible for executing and implementing Radial’s day-to-day operational plans with a strategic mindset and client-centric focus. Laura has more than 20 years of experience leading retail, manufacturing, distribution, and business operations with a successful track record of steering strategic initiatives resulting in business process enhancements. She previously held the Chief Operating Officer position at Centric Brands, FullBeauty Brands and served in senior leadership and executive operations roles at L Brands. Laura holds a BA, MBA and JD from The Ohio State University and formerly served as Board Chair for both the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Council Inc. and the Choices Eliminating Domestic Violence shelter.
