Stefanie Ellis

Stefanie Ellis, CPTD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stefanie most recently served as the Head of Talent Management at Radial Inc. starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Divisional Vice President of Talent Management at Bealls, Inc. from May 2022 to August 2023, and before that, they were the Director of Training and Leadership Development at Bealls, Inc. from September 2019 to May 2022.

Earlier in their career, Stefanie worked at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies as a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist from January 2017 to August 2019. Stefanie also has experience in the retail industry, having served as the Training and Organizational Development Manager at Stein Mart from April 2012 to December 2016. Stefanie Ellis, CPTD, holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Journalism from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications, including Life Languages from Life Languages International in October 2021 and MBTI from The Myers-Briggs Company in December 2020. Stefanie is also a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Further certifications include Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
