Jose Perez

Jose Perez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Jose began their career as the Director of Sales at AA Uniform in 1986. Jose then went on to become the President of AaronPerez Career and Industrial Apparel from 1990 to 1994. In 1994, they joined Realogy Corporation as a Senior Vice President, where they played a crucial role in the growth and acquisitions of CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA Real Estate Franchise Systems. After leaving Realogy Corporation, Jose served as a Regional Vice President at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation from 1997 to 1999. In 2007, they founded PCMS Consulting and served as the President and CEO, bringing their expertise in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Jose later joined Proxio as the Executive Vice President of Sales from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Jose held the position of SVP of Business Development at both Radian and homegenius, utilizing their skills in engaging consumers on real estate websites. Overall, Jose Perez has demonstrated a strong track record in business development, sales, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.

Jose Perez completed their education at various institutions. In 1979, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economics and Finance from the University of Miami. Jose then attended the Texas McCombs School of Business in 1983-1984, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Real Estate. Continuing their professional development, Jose completed the CEO Series Leadership Program at the Wharton School of Business in 2006. Additionally, they attended Escola Americana in 1978-1979.
