Rommel Acuna

Rommel Acuna has over 25 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry. Rommel currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Radian, where they oversee the core backend systems supporting the company's mortgage insurance business. Rommel'sresponsibilities include managing multiple enterprise systems and custom applications. Prior to Radian, Rommel worked at EY as an Executive Director, leading insurance transformation projects in policy administration, claims management, and business intelligence/reporting. Rommel also played a key role in establishing and leading the insurance testing organization at EY. Earlier in their career, Rommel held positions at Deloitte Consulting, Guidewire Software, Smart Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC, Arthur Andersen, Software Design Concepts, and Prophet 21. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in enterprise technology implementation, project management, and software development.

Rommel Acuna obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems from Temple University in the years 1995-1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, where they studied from 1989-1993.
