Nishant Raj

Nishant Raj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the renewable energy and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Senior Business Development Manager at Radiance Renewables, affiliated with Eversource Capital since April 2021, Nishant previously held key leadership roles at Mahindra Susten, where responsibilities included leading a solar RESCO joint venture and developing go-to-market strategies for the C&I sector across South India. Other experiences include serving as Sales Marketing Manager at Xanadu Realty and contributing to project development at Essar Power, focusing on international market strategies and major power projects. Nishant holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
