Ben Carroll

Ben Carroll is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with extensive experience in data strategy and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Radiant Healthcare since July 2021, Ben was initially brought on as a Strategic Advisor before being promoted to oversee the execution of the company's growth strategy. Ben's prior roles include Executive Advisor at ZS Associates, Chief Data Officer and Chief Analytics Officer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and various leadership positions at Envision Healthcare, including Head of Data and Analytics. Ben founded Soft Solutions Partners, where innovative technology solutions aimed at transforming the healthcare industry were developed. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of the People.
