Julia Jerome

Julia M. Jerome has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Manager at Dark Monk, a fire art props manufacturer. Julia M. managed and trained a team responsible for product manufacturing.

Julia M. then worked at VDA Productions as an Events Project Manager and Paint Shop Manager, where they developed lead management roles and implemented organizational systems to track thousands of items for large-scale events. Julia M. was also involved in the design of award-winning events.

Julia then joined Mahalo Digital as a Producer, excelling in developing digital marketing strategies and managing multiple rapid-response design projects. Julia M. served as a brand expert for global companies worth billions of dollars.

At Ginger.io, Julia held two roles: Program Manager, Client Success, where they built scalable systems and improved client implementation experience, and Project Manager, where they launched the initial implementation program for enterprise-level companies.

After that, they worked at Headspace Health as the Director of Implementation Services, directing a team responsible for significant growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and implementing successful client partnerships with high revenue and covered lives.

Currently, Julia is the Director of Business and Client Operations at RadiantGraph.

Julia M. Jerome attended Emerson College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology.
