Marlene Sanchez is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as Sr. Regional Manager of People & Culture at Radiate Hospitality since June 2017, following previous roles such as Regional Manager and People and Culture Manager. Prior to this, Marlene Sanchez held various positions at nThrive, including Human Resources Manager and Bilingual Support Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to support in insurance processing. Marlene Sanchez also has project management and administrative experience from work with Modesta Garcia & Associates and Edward B. Ward and Company. Educational credentials include a BA in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from the College of San Mateo.
