Steve Shamblin

Steve Shamblin is a highly experienced Sr. Health Physics Technician currently working with Radiation Safety & Control Services, Inc since August 2019 on a nuclear decommissioning project. Prior to this, Steve held various roles with BHI Energy, including ANSI 3.1 Sr. Health Physics Technician on projects such as reactor vessel segmentation and commercial nuclear outages. Steve also has experience performing radiological surveys and ensuring compliance with nuclear regulations while working at North Coast Fabricators Inc from 2014 to 2018. Early career roles include positions as a Junior Health Physics Technician and equipment operator, demonstrating a diverse skill set that spans both health physics and equipment operation. Educational background includes studies at Shasta College and Yuba College.
