Michael Kpelle has gained valuable work experience in various roles. micheal started as a student intern at Mindshift Ace Business Solutions in May 2023. Following this, they joined RadicalX as a member of the Product Design Pro Team. Currently, they are a student intern at the Empowering Africans through Education Initiative, where they have been actively involved in project management, community engagement, and event planning. This experience has allowed him to contribute to the organization's mission of improving educational outcomes for students in Africa. Their internship at Empowering Africans through Education Initiative started in February 2023 and is ongoing.

Michael Kpelle attended Government College from 2017 to 2020 and obtained a High School Diploma in Computer Science. Afterwards, they enrolled at Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos from 2023 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In addition to their formal education, Michael also obtained certifications in Product Design from Side Hustle in March 2023 and in Design App from Great Learning in March 2023.
