Jim Ritchey

Jim Ritchey has over 35 years of business and leadership experience. His strength is building business value through the effective implementation of business strategy and targeted use of technology. Mr. Ritchey demonstrates his extensive leadership experience in helping organizations, focus on managing and improving operations through the delivery of technology to support the business needs.

Prior to joining Radicle, Mr Ritchey was CIO for Best Associates and focused on the technology to support Online Program Management (OPM) internationally. He was also co-founder of Delta Initiative and served as President for 15 years. In his role with Delta Initiative, Mr. Ritchey advised and served as interim CIO for multiple organizations, assisted in searches for new CIOs, and helped organizations with: IT Strategy, organizational effectiveness, major technology assessments and implementations including ERP and CRM solutions and the turnaround of problem projects.
