Stefan Schaefer

Stefan Schaefer has extensive work experience in sales operations and business planning. Stefan is currently the Head of Global Sales Operations at RFS - Radio Frequency Systems, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of EMEA Sales Operations at RFS from November 2019 to May 2022. Before joining RFS, Stefan was the Director of Business Operations and Planning at Coriant GmbH & Co. KG from June 2013 to January 2018. Stefan also held various roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, including Head of Business Operations and Planning, Head of Optical Networks Sales, Head of DWDM Sales Push, and Head of Solution Sales Management Broadband Access APAC. Stefan began their career at Siemens, where they worked as a Business Manager and Product Line Manager for IP DSLAM. Stefan also served as a Systems Engineer and a Software Developer for DSLAMs during their time at Siemens.

Stefan Schaefer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences between 1994 and 1997.
