Matt Hawkins, CSCP, PMP has extensive work experience in supply chain management and project management roles. Matt currently serves as the Associate Director of Supply Chain Program Management at Radio Systems Corporation, where they lead cross-functional global supply chain project teams focused on acquisition integration, business process improvement, and operation enhancements. Matt is responsible for maintaining a project roadmap spanning sourcing, demand/supply management, order management, and logistics.
