Vince Fusco has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Vince is currently the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Radio Systems Corporation, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clayton Supply at Clayton Homes from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Clayton Homes, Vince worked at Regal, where they held various roles over a span of nearly 20 years. From March 2018 to July 2021, they served as the Senior Vice President of US Finance, overseeing a team of 80 employees and controlling annual revenues of $3.2 billion. Vince also served as Vice President and Controller at Regal from May 2002 to March 2018, where they directed the Finance Department and played a key role in the acquisition of seven competitor theatre companies.

Prior to their time at Regal, Vince worked at UNITED ARTISTS THEATRE CIRCUIT, INC, where they held the position of Vice President and Controller from January 1999 to May 2002. Vince was responsible for managing the financial statements, accounting records, and preparing reports for the board of directors. Vince also served as Director and Manager of Internal Audit from July 1992 to January 1999, where they established and implemented the audit function for the company.

Vince's career began at KPMG US as a Staff Accountant from March 1989 to July 1992. Vince worked with various clients, participating in audit planning meetings and conducting audits on areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Fixed Assets.

Overall, Vince Fusco has demonstrated expertise in financial leadership, team management, and strategic acquisitions throughout their career in the finance and accounting field.

Vince Fusco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University. Prior to that, they attended North Catholic High School. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Pennsylvania in June 1994.
