MacKenzie Wanicka

Mackenzie Wanicka has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Mackenzie started their career in 2017 as a Sports Media Intern at The Ruden Report. Mackenzie then interned at WVUA 23, where they gained experience as a Production Intern, News Editor Intern, and News Reporter Intern. In 2020, they served as a Social Media and Digital News Officer at the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA). Currently, they are working at Crimson Tide Productions as an On-Air Talent and Production Assistant Intern. In addition to their professional roles, Mackenzie has also held positions within the Radio Television Digital News Association and Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.

Mackenzie Wanicka attended Ridgefield High School from 2015 to 2019. Mackenzie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a focus on News Media, at The University of Alabama, where they have been enrolled since 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
