Ryan Kowalewski is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and engineering across a range of industries. Ryan'scareer has included positions such as Director of Operations at RCS and Operations Director/Production Manager at Silicis Technologies, where they developed work standards and created robust assembly methods. As a Certified Business Coach at FocalPoint, they worked to help businesses reach their goals in customized programs that fit their needs. At Lime, Ryan served as Senior Operations Manager for the Midwest, leading the refinement of a repair hub and developing a repair prediction model that reduced repair costs and increased fleet uptime. As Director of Operations at Quality Companies, they managed strategic plans and forecasts to guide future staffing, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and achieve consistent long-term growth. Ryan also served in several roles at Cummins Inc., including Senior System Validation Engineer, Senior Mechanical Development Engineer, and Engine Test Engineer, where they managed technical capital budgeting, led cross-functional teams, and created and optimized automated testing files to improve test cell utilization.

Ryan Kowalewski holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, completed in 2009.
