David Meck earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Penn State University, which they attended from 1977 to 1981. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Henderson Sr High from 1974 to 1977, obtaining a high school diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
