Deena Pioli

Deena Pioli has extensive work experience in the legal field. Deena currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Radiology Partners since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Deputy General Counsel at Consilio LLC from January 2019 to July 2021. During their time at Consilio LLC, they were responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various legal agreements.

Before Consilio LLC, Deena worked at Advanced Discovery from 2012 to 2019, where they held multiple roles. Deena began as a Solutions Consultant from March 2012 to October 2014, then served as the Corporate Counsel and National Manager of Contracts from October 2014 to January 2017. Finally, they became the General Counsel from January 2017 to January 2019. In their roles at Advanced Discovery, they provided legal counsel to various business units, collaborated with company executives, and played a key role in contract negotiations and drafting.

Deena also gained experience at iDISCOVER, LLC as the Director of Professional Services from October 2011 to February 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Temporary Contract Attorney at Robert Half from May 2010 to October 2011, handling labor and employment matters, document reviews, and other legal assignments.

Deena'scareer began as an Associate Attorney at Morgan Lewis & Bockius from January 2008 to April 2010. Prior to that, they served as a Certified Law Student Intern at Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center from January 2006 to April 2007.

Deena Pioli obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and minors in English and Women's Studies from San Diego State University. Following their undergraduate studies, Deena Pioli pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Santa Clara University School of Law from 2004 to 2007, specializing in Law. In December 2007, they became an active member of the California Bar. Later, in November 2011, Deena Pioli obtained the Relativity Certified Sales Professional certification from kCura.
