Jeremy Franklin

Sr. Director, Pre-imaging Services at Radiology Partners

Jeremy Franklin has a diverse range of work experience, starting from 2005 to the present. Jeremy held the role of Operations Manager at CSC from November 2005 to January 2010. During this time, they managed the operations of the Raytheon Account service desk and worked with the account leadership team to meet or exceed monthly SLA and KPI targets.

From March 2010 to August 2012, Jeremy worked as a Senior Manager - Contact Centre at the London Borough of Newham, overseeing the operations of a multi-site contact center and managing a team of 100+ employees in a unionized environment.

Jeremy then moved to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and served as Director of Customer Service from August 2012 to July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations of three contact center operations, overseeing a team of 70+ employees in a unionized environment.

Currently, Jeremy is working as a Senior Director, Pre Imaging Services at Radiology Partners since August 2016. In this senior leadership role, they are responsible for the overall operations and strategic direction of the Pre-Imaging Services team supporting the Austin, TX practice. Jeremy oversees a team of 150+ US-based and offshore team members, manages ~1 million inbound contacts per year, and has an annual budget of $11MM.

Jeremy Franklin earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jeremy attended this institution from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Jeremy completed this program from 2006 to 2008.
