Jessica Maxfield

Jessica Maxfield has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Radiology Partners, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IVX Health from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Sr Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner. At IVX Health, Jessica focused on driving sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build diverse candidate pools. Jessica's work experience also includes a role as a Clinical Recruiter at USr Healthcare, where they led the full cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals from 2014 to 2018.
