Thelma Brand PMP MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thelma is currently serving as the Director of IT Project Governance at Radiology Partners since August 2018. Prior to this, from October 2012 to August 2018, they worked at HealthCare Partners, A DaVita Medical Group, holding the position of Manager, PMO.

Earlier in their career, Thelma worked as a Sr. Project Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from November 2009 to February 2012. In this role, they played a vital role in successfully launching the newest strip property by managing various IT systems' sourcing, scope definition, requirement gathering, scheduling, budgeting, and successful property opening.

Before that, Thelma worked at Fontainebleau Resorts as the Manager of Business Process Management from March 2008 to June 2009. Thelma assembled a professional team of business analysts and planned cost-effective technology solutions for over 200 IT systems. Thelma also developed an ITIL-based change management process and a comprehensive system selection process during their tenure.

From June 2005 to March 2008, Thelma served as the Sr. Product Development Manager at Credit One Bank. Thelma handled project plans, process mapping, and business requirements for IT development, as well as reviewed new software development for functional/regression testing.

Thelma's early career includes their role as VP Card Issuance at Citibank from an unspecified time in 1996 to 2005. Thelma handled capacity planning and vendor management for credit card production outsourcing and also served as a Project Manager for mergers, product line movements, and site closures.

With their extensive experience in project management and IT, Thelma Brand PMP MBA has proven skills in overseeing large-scale projects, managing diverse teams, and successfully delivering results within budget and on schedule.

Thelma Brand earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University. Thelma then advanced their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business & Economics from West Virginia University. Additionally, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in October 2009.
