Ranju Nambiar

Ranju Nambiar currently serves as the HR Business Partner for the India Region at Radiometer since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ranju held multiple positions at Cipla from June 2018 to January 2024, including Lead for Campus Hiring & Early Careers, Global Employee Experience Diversity & Communications, and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2017, Ranju completed an HR internship at ITC Limited, focusing on a project aimed at reducing human errors in work practices across food factories. Earlier experience includes a role as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., providing production and operation support for clients in multiple countries. Ranju obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
