Emily Pheland, MBA, has extensive experience in social media management, currently serving as Senior Social Media Manager at Matter Communications since August 2018. Prior roles at Matter Communications include Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, Senior Community Manager & Social Media Specialist, and Social Media Customer Service & Community Management Specialist. Prior to this, Emily was the Student Activities Office Coordinator at Salve Regina University from January 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included supervision, event planning, and scheduling. Additional experience includes working as a Content Writer for The Home Business People from 2015 to 2017, specializing in a range of topics such as personal development and small business tips. Emily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Salve Regina University.
