Ann Scanlan

Ann Scanlan has extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as Banquet Captain at Levy Restaurants-Xcel Arena since October 2010 and at Radisson Blu Minneapolis as well as Radisson Plaza Hotel-Minneapolis since May 2005. In addition, Ann is the Owner of Good Lookin Cookin, a position held since 2010. Prior experience includes serving as Catering Supervisor at Wildside Caterers, LLC from February 2001 to September 2010. Ann's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
