Previously, Elie held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group from January 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included driving growth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on sustainable and asset-light expansion, particularly in emerging markets. Elie holds an MBA from ESSEC in Hospitality Management and a degree from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
