Iñigo Capell

Iñigo Capell is the Executive Vice President & Global Chief Resources Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. Prior to this, they were the Chief Resources Officer at NH Hotel Group from September 2002 to September 2016.

During their time at NH Hotel Group, Iñigo was responsible for leading the HR Strategic Plan 14’-18’. This plan had three pillars: global leadership & talent management, sustainable engagement, and operational excellence. Iñigo was also responsible for the transformation of the management team, the definition and deployment of a new company culture, the digital transformation of the company, and the overall restructuring process in Spain and Italy.

In addition to their work in HR, Iñigo was also responsible for IT & Organization and Building & Maintenance. Iñigo led the migration of back and front office systems in 26 different countries and was Co Head of Innovation Circle. Iñigo was also responsible for the assets repositioning plan and the investment of 335 million euros 13’-16’.

Finally, Iñigo was responsible for Procurement at NH Hotel Group. Iñigo increased rebates by 93.2% in 11’-15’ and aggregated prices by 0.9% during that same time period. Iñigo was also responsible for Coperama Spain development. Coperama is today first procurement platform in horeca industry in Spain.

Iñigo Capell has a Bachelor in Law from Colegio Universitario San Pablo CEU, a PDD from IESE Business School - University of Navarra, and an AMP from IESE Business School. Iñigo also has a PADDB+ in Top Executive Digital Business Program from The Valley Digital Business School.

Their manager is Federico J. González, President & CEO. They are on a team with John M.
