Nelly Rigaud has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the hospitality sector, currently serving as People Operation Business Partner Junior France at Radisson Hotel Group since June 2019, where responsibilities include new employee onboarding, team management, recruitment, and training budget oversight. Prior experience includes roles at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney as a Food and Beverage Attendant, and HR Assistant at Direction Régionale du Service Médical d'Ile de France, focusing on candidate recruitment and employee onboarding. Nelly has also held positions in project management and as an HR officer with Orange, contributing to various HR functions.
