Siddhartha (Sid) Sattanathan has an extensive background in hotel management, currently serving as General Manager at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills, where notable achievements include opening the hotel in November 2018 and achieving top rankings on competitive sets and Tripadvisor within six months. Previous experience includes leadership roles at HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings and Marriott International, where Siddhartha demonstrated a strong ability to turn around hotel performance and improve market share. With additional roles spanning various hospitality companies and regions, Siddhartha has consistently focused on team development, operational efficiency, and guest experience enhancement.
