Joseph Flannery

Joseph Flannery is an experienced leader in the mortgage and financial technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Mortgage at Radius since November 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the mortgage experience for clients at LoanDesk. As the Founder and CEO of SELFi, a FinTech platform established in April 2018, Joseph connects borrowers with independent mortgage advisers and lenders to improve access to capital and reduce costs. Previous roles include Producing Branch Manager and Production Manager at The Money Source Inc., where significant contributions were made in building call centers and originating loans, as well as Branch Manager at Pacific Union Financial, where Joseph ranked as the #1 loan officer for units and volume in 2012 and 2013. Joseph's background also includes an Associate position at Castle Crow & Company, focusing on private equity acquisitions. Academically, Joseph holds an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics and Sports Management from UC San Diego.
