Abdul Ahad Khan

Abdul Ahad Khan has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Abdul Ahad began their career as an intern at Siemens in June 2018, followed by an internship at Attock Refinery Limited in June 2019. In July 2020, they served as a Computer Vision Intern at Baykar Technologies, where they focused on creating relief maps using images taken from a camera system on a UAV. Abdul then joined İkon Arge Teknoloji A.S. in April 2022 as a Research and Development Engineer, where they worked until February 2023. In March 2022, they also worked as a Graduate Researcher at TÜBİTAK. Currently, Abdul is employed at RadiusAI as a Data Scientist from February 2023 onwards.

Abdul Ahad Khan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University) in the year 2020. Abdul Ahad then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering at the same university, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Abdul Ahad Khan has obtained various certifications. Abdul Ahad completed the course "LFS101x: Introduction to Linux" at edX in March 2023. In October 2022, they completed the course "Python Basics for Data Science" at edX. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in "Computer Vision I (Python)" from OpenCV. Abdul also completed several online courses through edX, such as "CPP.PRG.4: Advanced Data Structures" in November 2021, "Micro Bachelors - Programming & Data Structures" in November 2021, "CPP.PRG.2: Advanced Programming in C++" in October 2021, "CPP.PRG.3: Introduction to Data Structures" in October 2021, and "CPP.PRG.1: Introduction to Programming in C++" in September 2021. Furthermore, they completed the course "Machine Learning A-Z™: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science" at Udemy in June 2020 and "Python Digital Image Processing From Ground Up™" at Udemy in February 2020.
