Mike Resner

Mike Resner has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mike is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Radix Metasystems, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Raytheon for 17 years, starting as a Senior Software Engineer 2 from April 2003 to December 2017, and later promoted to Principal Software Engineer from February 2018 to December 2020. At Raytheon, they were responsible for software development, integration, and testing of satellite command and control systems. Mike also provided on-site installation, user training, and support.

Before Raytheon, Mike worked at RTLogic as a Systems Engineer from September 2008 to February 2010, where they implemented software, firmware, and hardware components for various product lines. Mike also performed integration and testing of software and hardware.

From April 2000 to May 2003, Mike worked at Harris Corporation as a Software Engineer, where they developed and integrated satellite command and control systems using OS/Comet. Mike also acted as a product lead for the GC/Tool Product.

Prior to that, Mike worked at VLC from January 1997 to April 2000 as a Software Engineer, maintaining software and hardware on a control system for the video gaming industry. And from August 1995 to January 1997, they worked at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Software Engineer responsible for a proprietary communication interface package.

Mike's career began in the US Air Force, where they worked as a Senior Technical Reporter from November 1987 to November 1991.

Mike Resner holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science - Distributed Systems from Webster University, Colorado Springs, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University, attending from 1993 to 1995. From 1991 to 1993, they pursued Computer Science studies at Montana State University-Bozeman. Additionally, Mike earned an Associate's Degree in Intelligence Analysis from the Community College of the Air Force between 1988 and 1990. As for certifications, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in April 2023.
