Adelaide D'Mello

Adelaide D'Mello has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in multiple companies. Adelaide worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zeta, Radix, Titan, and Directi from 2019 onwards. At Directi, they also held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Associate. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Associate, Editorial Talent Acquisition at Cactus Communications from 2014 to 2018. Adelaide began their professional career as an Intern in Learning and Development: HR at The Tata Power Company Limited in 2013. Adelaide'sresponsibilities included executing leadership capability development initiatives, coordinating training programs and events, facilitating employee coaching programs, and working with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Adelaide D'Mello completed their education at various institutions and achieved significant milestones in their academic journey. Adelaide obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with First Class Honours from St. Xavier's College from 2007 to 2012.

Adelaide'ssecondary education took place at St. Louis Convent High School in Mumbai from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they studied at the Indian School Muscat until the eighth grade, from 1996 to 2005.

Apart from their formal education, Adelaide D'Mello enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining a certification called "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
