Jon Tullo

Jon Tullo has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and advisory sectors. Jon is currently employed as the SVP, Strategic Accounts at Radix, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to joining Radix, Jon worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as a Senior Managing Director from November 2021 to December 2022, and as a Managing Director from July 2020 to November 2021.

Before Cushman & Wakefield, Jon held roles at Alliance Residential Company, where they served as the Executive Director of Real Estate from September 2018 to July 2020, and as the Director of Real Estate from July 2016 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jon worked at Belmont Acquisitions as a Managing Director from January 2010 to July 2016. At Belmont, they focused on advising companies under $50 million in revenue, providing operational and capital support. Prior to Belmont, Jon worked at Firerock International Group as a Vice President and Senior Analyst from June 2004 to November 2009. Jon played a key role in portfolio management, operations advisory, and real estate investment.

Jon started their career at Firerock International Group as an Analyst from December 2002 to June 2004. In this role, they specialized in buy side analytics for prospective portfolio companies and worked with clients from various industries.

Jon Tullo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Jon later pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Jon Tullo holds a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, which they obtained in October 2019.
