Carlos Erik Mena MSc, SPC5

Carlos Erik Mena MSc, SPC5 has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carlos Erik worked as an IT Project Manager at Radus Software, LLC, where they managed two application deployments and provided support to clients in data analysis and visualization. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the US Department of Homeland Security and Zappold Advisors. At General Dynamics Information Technology, they served as a Project Manager and contributed to the development of strategies and goals for the Office of Field Operations. Carlos also worked at Accenture as a Sr. Consultant, where they played a key role in developing project management tools and implementing best practices. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr. Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen and as a Global Network Consultant at Carrier Corporation. Carlos Erik started their career at Frenkel & Co., Inc., where they provided technical support and completed network installations. Carlos has a Master's degree in Science and holds the SPC5 certification.

Carlos Erik Mena MSc, SPC5 has a strong education background in Information Management and Information Technology. Carlos Erik obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Following this, Carlos pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Management at Syracuse University, completing it from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant, which they obtained in May 2017 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
