Steven Niessen

Steven Niessen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steven is currently working at Rafay as an Enterprise Sales Team Leader, where they manage and upgrades Kubernetes infrastructure at scale. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Rafay, where they were responsible for managing Kubernetes ecosystem tooling.

Before joining Rafay, Steven worked at F5 as a Territory Account Executive for NGINX, where they focused on helping organizations migrate to the cloud and microservices. Steven also worked at NGINX, Inc. as an Account Executive and later as a Strategic Business Development professional, where they provided best practices in NGINX OSS and enterprise-grade application delivery.

Steven also has experience as the Founder and Head Consultant at BizzHelp, a company that provides web design, development, and online marketing services to small business owners. Additionally, they worked as a Brand Manager at MarketFleet, where they were responsible for acquiring new products for the company's brands.

Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Student Caller at California State University, Chico's phonathon, where they contacted graduates in order to obtain donations. Steven also gained experience as an Administrative Intern at Siemens, where they analyzed project efficiency and learned about administrative tasks related to project management.

Steven's earliest work experience includes working as a Campus Captain at Belltower Books, where they managed various aspects of the company's mission, including managing cash and providing equipment to the buying team.

Steven Niessen completed their high school education at Livermore High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Afterward, they pursued further studies at California State University, Chico. From 2011 to 2016, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing, specializing in Business Marketing.
