Krisha Devi is currently serving in the role of Employee Relations People & Culture at Raffe Hotels & Resorts since May 2022. In addition, Krisha Devi co-founded Youth Fiji in May 2021, contributing to initiatives aimed at empowering youth. Previously, Krisha Devi held the position of Head of Human Resources Development at BLUEGAS LIMITED, showcasing extensive expertise in human resources and employee relations.
