Edward Morgan

Edward Morgan's work experience is as follows:

- Senior Platform Engineer/DevSecOps Manager at raft since October 2021. Edward works on high-throughput data streaming solutions and scalable deployments in the cloud using Go and Kubernetes/Helm YAML.

- Software Engineer at Commonwealth Computer Research, Inc. (CCRi) from June 2019 to October 2021. Edward focused on improving performance, reliability, and usability of scalable ML pipeline infrastructure using Scala, Go, and Kubernetes/Helm YAML.

- Undergraduate Research Assistant at UVA Engineering from August 2016 to September 2018. Edward contributed to the development of the website Hydroshare.org and worked on hydrological models.

- Software Intern at Objective Interface Systems, Inc. in May 2018. Edward worked on bug fixes for C++ software, developed Python GUI tools, and defined a validation testing framework.

- Software Intern at Attain in June 2017. Edward contributed to the development of Java database applications and created a Python dataset manipulator and basic statistical tests.

Edward Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia. Edward attended the university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Edward earned a certification in CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in October 2020.
