Melissa VanDyke has diverse work experience starting in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service representative at International Merchant Services LLC. Melissa then worked as an Administrative Assistant at various companies including Hines and EAP Recovery. In 2002, Melissa worked as a Marketing Associate and Administrative Assistant at Chicgo Franchise Systems, Inc. and later as a Closing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Ticor Title in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, they served as a Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant and Lease Process Administrator at General Growth Properties. Melissa then worked at Lillibridge Healthcare Services as an Executive Assistant and Salesforce.com Administrator in 2011-2012. Following that, they held various roles at Orbitz Worldwide including Salesforce.com Administrator, Manager, Salesforce, and Sr. Salesforce Analyst. Melissa VanDyke has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed a program at Sphere, obtaining a degree in "Applying the Challenger Sale." Before that, from 2007 to 2010, Melissa attended DePaul University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Project Management. In 2009, they completed a certificate program in Project Management at the University of Phoenix. Melissa also holds a certificate in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Diploma with Highest Honors from the Stratford Career Institute, which they earned in 2007. In 2001, they received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia from Westwood College of Technology. Melissa's education journey began at Victor J. Andrew High School, where they completed their high school studies from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained several certifications. Melissa became a Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer in November 2014 and a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in June 2013. Melissa also holds a Salesforce Certification, although the month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
