Wayne Charron

Wayne Charron has a diversified work experience, starting from 1990 to the present. Wayne began their career as a Senior System Consultant at Open Technologies llc., where they designed, installed, and maintained networks for small to medium-sized businesses. Wayne then joined Shepherd Surveillance Solutions Inc. as an IT Manager, responsible for managing network and application systems, as well as overseeing the product life cycle and QA process.

In 1998, Wayne joined SkillSoft, where they held multiple roles including Director of MIS. During their time at SkillSoft, they managed various technical departments, designed and implemented internal network infrastructure, and oversaw customer-facing hosted environments. Wayne also served as the Director of Business Application Systems, managing development teams and global enterprise ERP systems.

Most recently, Wayne worked at GearsCRM as the VP of Development, where they provided implementation, configuration, and development services for the Salesforce.com platform. In 2016, Wayne also served as the VP of IT at RafterOne. Throughout their career, Wayne demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a focus on meeting business requirements.

Wayne Charron attended the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Business Administration. During their education, they did not complete a specific degree. Additionally, Wayne Charron obtained several certifications in the field of Salesforce and Dell Boomi development. In 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and in 2018, they obtained the Dell Boomi Professional Developer certification. Prior to these, in 2016, they earned the Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Design certification.
