Nikhil Jethwa

Nikhil Jethwa is a Technical Support Engineer at RAH Infotech Pvt Ltd since August 2021, where responsibilities include configuring and managing routers and switches, as well as deploying and troubleshooting firewalls and cloud security platforms to enhance network performance and data protection. Prior to this role, Nikhil worked as a Process Associate at Infinx from September 2019 to June 2021, focusing on backend processing, analytics, and data management, while developing strong communication skills with clients and colleagues. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Mumbai University, completed in January 2019, and also has an HSC in Science from Mahatma Phule Education Society's College of Arts and Commerce.
