Nicolai Bargholz

Nicolai Bargholz has held a variety of roles in the food industry since 2015. From 2015-2016, they were the Head of Strategy at Dagrofa. From 2016-2020, they were the Commercial Director and Acting CEO of Dagrofa Foodservice, as well as the Executive Vice President of Procurement/Category Management, Business Development, and Marketing & E-commerce. In 2020, they founded ARVL Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in Foods and Consumer Goods in the Nordics. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Davidsens Tømmerhandel A/S. Currently, they are the CEO of Pantrii, a Copenhagen-based B2B foodtech. Additionally, they have held board positions at Prima Frugt A/S, Grøn Fokus ApS, Strandby Fisk, Grambogård, and HKI Ost.

Nicolai Bargholz obtained a Higher Commercial Examination (HHX) from Aarhus University between 2000 and 2003. Nicolai then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing & Management Communication from Aarhus University between 2003 and 2006. In 2006, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration & Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education and completed the Strategic Negotiations: Dealmaking for the Long Term program.
