Kaiyu Zheng

Kaiyu Zheng is a roboticist and research scientist currently employed at RAI Institute since February 2023. Previously, Kaiyu served as a research assistant and head teaching assistant at Brown University from September 2018 to December 2022, where involvement included the Humans to Robots Lab and teaching CSCI 2951F: Learning and Sequential Decision Making. Experience also includes a research internship at MIT CSAIL in the Learning & Intelligent Systems Lab from June 2020 to March 2021, roles as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the University of Washington from April 2016 to June 2018, and a software engineering internship at CME Group in the summer of 2015. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science from Brown University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Washington, and a BS in Computer Science from the same institution. Kaiyu Zheng completed secondary education at Guangzhou No.2 High School.
