Ksenia Sacher

Ksenia Sacher has extensive experience in strategic management, financial M&A expertise, and business analytics, primarily within Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where roles have included Senior Strategy Manager and Senior Financial M&A Expert. Ksenia has successfully led strategic M&A transactions totaling over €800M, developed financial models for significant investment decisions, and implemented KPI reporting frameworks that support real-time data-driven decisions. Previous experience at Citi included leading operational redesigns for retail branch operations and enhancing service functions across the network. Ksenia holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Moscow State University and furthered education at Columbia University with a focus on Economics, complemented by a program at the CBA Executive Banking School.
