Dafina Ahmeti-Ibraj has worked in the banking industry for several years, starting as a Call Center Agent at Kosovo Energy Corporation before transitioning to roles at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. Dafina has experience in card operations and customer relationship management. Dafina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field.
