Szilvia Maszlag

Szilvia Maszlag has a diverse work experience in the finance and data management field. Szilvia is currently the Head of Finance BI at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where they lead a team of data analysts and developers in managing finance and risk bank data on Oracle platforms. Szilvia also supports business areas with regulatory and head office reporting. Previously, they worked at IBM, first as a Tivoli Monitoring Team Leader from 2017 to 2019, and then as a Compliance Specialist and Team Leader for Latin America and South West Europe Compliance Testing from 2010 to 2015. In these roles, they led teams, drove standardization programs, and ensured compliance with regulations through contract reviews and reporting.

Szilvia Maszlag earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies from the University of Szeged, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
